“We are making a song about the physics of flipping a pancake. We added our research or torque, angular momentum, projectile motion and centre of mass. Torque is the expression of a rotational or twisting force, representing the force that causes an object to rotate about an axis. Angular momentum is a property that characterizes the rotary inertia of an object, it represents the product of an object’s rotational inertia and rotational velocity. Projectile motion is the motion of an object that is thrown or projected into the air that follows an arc/curved path due to the influence of gravity. The centre of mass is a theoretical point within an object or system of objects where all of the mass of the object or system can be considered to be concentrated. All of these things are the physics that we revealed behind the flipping of pancakes.”
